1. Do you have any testimonials about the benefits of using the SOTA units?

The feedback we receive from our customers is positive and encouraging. We have a large database of these experiences and we are very grateful to those who share their wellness lifestyle with us.

Customer comments can be found throughout the SOTA website. The first place to check is Customer Reviews, where you’ll find General Wellness Testimonials and Company Feedback.

If you’re looking for testimonials regarding the treatment of, or related to, specific illnesses or diseases, any product designed for this purpose would be classified as a Medical Device and are therefore outside of the scope of the SOTA Products.

Our products are Consumer Products for General Health and are designed to support a Wellness Lifestyle. A Wellness Lifestyle, which contributes to health, may include things like exercise, eating good nutritious foods, juicing, meditating and using Wellness Products like ours.

We cannot suggest, recommend nor endorse any uses of our products outside of the scope of a Wellness Product.

People do get in touch and share with us their experiences. These experiences are considered anecdotal. One person’s experience may not necessarily apply to someone else; we are each unique beings who use the SOTA Wellness Products in our own way.

Please share your experiences with us—how you have been helped or if you didn’t experience a benefit—either by email or telephone. Your experience helps us to learn the benefits and limitations of our products. We call these experiences our "Living Treasures", and we'd be honored to receive yours.

2. Can the SOTA Products be used together?

Yes. The units complement each other. It is okay and even advisable to use the units together. Each of the SOTA units also has a particular purpose for independent use.

3. Are the SOTA Products approved or licensed by any governments?

No, in 2003, Health Canada informed us our units could be sold as Consumer Products. As long as we made them available only for "general health, relaxation and well-being" the units could be classed as Consumer Products and would not require licensing.

The SOTA units have all passed testing to gain CE certification. This is a European standard that indicates an electronic unit conforms to essential safety requirements to operate as a household consumer product.

In addition, our units are also RoHS Compliant. This is a European standard that restricts the use of 6 hazardous materials, including lead, in electronic and electrical equipment.
