International Retailer pricing may appear higher than SOTA pricing. Their pricing often includes extra charges such as import duties, taxes (VAT & GST), brokerage, shipping from Canada etc., as well as the cost of the product.
These extra costs are not included in the unit price when ordering directly from SOTA. They are assessed separately by your local government and collected by the shipping company.
You may find that purchasing from an International Retailer actually saves you money as they tend to order larger quantities at a time, thus lowering the overall shipping & brokerage fees – cost savings they can pass on to you.
