Ozonated Water Features

• Corona Discharge technology — Ozone (O₃) can be produced using either UV light or Corona Discharge. The SOTA Water O₃zonator uses Corona Discharge producing a more consistent, higher output of ozone.
• Durable ozone chamber — Made of fused quartz crystal and high-grade stainless steel — under normal use, it should last for decades.
• Ozone-resistant materials — Uses surgical stainless steel, pure quartz crystal glass, food-grade hypoallergenic silicone tubing, and a natural stone Airstone — every part in the ozone pathway is genuinely ozone-resistant, so it holds up beautifully over time.
• Honestly rated output — Outputs over 200 mg/hr of ozone @ 1.5 LPM airflow using ambient air input, tested with an Anseros Ozone-in-Air Analyzer (model Ozomat GM 6000-RT). — not tested using pure bottled oxygen, which would give a much higher (and less accurate) output.
• No oxides of nitrogen (NOx) — Very high-powered ozone units (over 500 mg/hr) can produce NOx. The Water O₃zonator is not a high-powered unit and does not produce NOx under normal operating conditions — confirmed by independent laboratory testing at Maxxam Analytics in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
• Automatic timer — Four settings — 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes — selected based on the quantity of water. The unit turns off on its own.
• Fast saturation — Tested to fully saturate 1 cup (250 ml) of chilled, distilled water in 2 to 5 minutes.
• Built-in air pump — Draws in ambient air and pushes it through the ozone chamber to the airstone — no oxygen tank needed.

Ozonated Water Cautions

• Use the Water O₃zonator in a well-ventilated area — near an open window or a stove-top exhaust fan — especially when ozonating for longer timer settings.
• Avoid inhaling in the ozone directly from the airstone or tubing as it may irritate lung tissue.
• Only the airstone and tubing go in the water. Keep the unit itself dry and away from splashes — never submerge it or set it where water could spill into it.
• While this technology is generally considered safe, there exists potential for rare individual reactions that cannot reasonably be foreseen — your use of the SOTA Products constitutes your agreement that you are responsible for your decision to use the technology.

GENERAL CAUTIONS

• Do not use with pure oxygen - the Water O₃zonator is designed for ambient air only, and using pure oxygen voids the warranty.
• Do not use if no bubbles are coming from the airstone as the air pump is not running. Turn the unit off and refer to the troubleshooting guide.
• As with all electrical products, do not use near water, while driving, or while operating heavy equipment.

Output Specifications
