What SOTA is doing about it:
We're actively exploring assembly and fulfillment options in the USA to reduce tariffs and lower shipping costs. Our goal is to offer USA-based fulfillment by the end of 2025, helping to reduce the tariff impact and the high shipping costs we are currently experiencing.
If you are wanting to ship into the USA, we suggest making your purchase, before Monday, April 28, 2025 to avoid the tariffs.
We will send another eNews closer to May 2, 2025 to keep you informed as to the tariffs and how our customers in the USA will be affected by them.

Whew! Things are feeling a bit overwhelming right now. The world is moving fast, emotions are running high and there's a constant stream of information bombarding us. It can be hard to pause, step back, and really see what "may be" unfolding beneath the surface.
We are grappling with an era where corporate media – newspapers and TV news – are playing whack-a-mole with the truth. With the internet, anyone can say anything, often with little regard for facts and accountability.
We are living in a time, where discerning what is truth for us, is becoming more & more difficult.
It begs the question: Is it even possible to know what is true? We have been forced to acknowledge that the things we truly know ... is a rather short list. The things we believe ... is a little longer, and the things we suspect or don't know is endless. In other words, most of our knowledge is a vast MAYBE.
At SOTA, MAYBE invites curiosity, sparks questions and opens our hearts. We view the world through many lenses, letting different perspectives shape and reshape what we see. This approach keeps us grounded and flexible - whether we're rethinking shipping options or navigating whatever comes next.
